High throughput with low energy consumption. Gentle dehulling through impact energy. For spelt, green spelt, emmer, einkorn, oats, millet or sunflower seeds.
Raw material output up to 1500 kg/h – depending on the product.

The gentle operation of the HORN Technic universal peelers ensures a low breakage rate, undamaged peel parts and an above-average proportion of germinable grain.

In contrast to the classic spelt huller, with the universal huller the hulled grain is accelerated by a rotating centrifugal disk and thrown against a baffle plate. On impact, the husk separates from the kernel.

  • Robust industrial motor for superior performance data and a long service life
  • Optimum use of the impact surface thanks to height adjustment – Longer service life
  • Frequency-controlled drive up to 3,600 revolutions per minute
  • Husk absorber separates husk parts from the remaining product flow
  • Dosing tube slide for precise adjustment of the flow rate
  • Wear parts are inexpensive and can be replaced by the customer (e.g. impact rings)
