The flexible solution for a wide range of pulses and grains.
Performance raw materials up to 500 kg/h – depending on the product.
The FVC 2 Flex Finishing Center is a compact, universal dehulling machine for a wide range of pulses and grains such as oats, sunflowers, millet, lupins, emmer, einkorn and spelt.
The machine simultaneously performs three operations: shelling of the raw material, aspiration of shells and light particles, and separation of shelled and unshelled grains in the integrated tumbler screen.
The peeling process is a gentle, proven process based on the centrifugal principle, which is proven by the good germinability of the peeled product. The grains are aligned in a throwing wheel for single-grain guidance and thrown against an impact ring.
- Unpeeled grains are automatically fed back into the feed.
- Removal of husks and light particles via an exhaust duct (accessory) up to 20 m
- suction fan lined with wear protection
