HORN Technic chain elevators can be quickly assembled from standardised components. Quality roller chains with riveted rubber inserts run in the all-steel structures. Both elevator types have low power consumption in relation to their capacity.
Standard equipment includes:
geared motor, inspection chamber, inclination adjustment 0 – 25° in discharge direction, outlet spout, guide box for elevator boot, feeder blades on the right and left and two inlet sockets with Ø 150 mm FB. Elevator boot and elevator head are delivered pre-assembled.
Chain elevators with horizontal auger feed for horizontal and vertical transport.
Operated by only one motor.
Drive: Auger feed via lower elevator shaft.
For the effective, vertical transport of grain.
Conveying heights of 3.35 m – 15.35 m.
